What Remote Operations Center does
The Remote Operations Center brings autonomous haulage, fleet orchestration, safety systems, and geotechnical monitoring into a single supervisory view, so controllers manage mixed fleets across multiple sites from one location instead of being tied to a single pit. Every vehicle, autonomous or crewed, reports into the same operational picture with the same alert and intervention tools.
Because the center supervises rather than micromanages, controllers work by exception: the system handles routine dispatch, navigation, and safety monitoring on its own, and surfaces only the situations that need a human decision.
