Ore Grade Analytics

Ore Grade Analytics fuses sensor data from drilling, loading, and haulage with machine learning models trained on the ore body, so grade is estimated and tracked at every handoff point rather than only measured after the fact at the plant. Blocks are classified as they're dug, loaded trucks are tagged with an estimated grade, and that estimate follows the material all the way to the stockpile or crusher.

That continuous chain of custody is what makes dilution visible and fixable. When a truck's actual delivered grade drifts from what was estimated at the face, the system flags where in the chain the mismatch happened, whether it's selective mining accuracy, mis-routing, or blending at the stockpile, so operations can correct the cause instead of just the number.
