Autonomous Haulage

Centimeter-accurate autonomy that keeps haul trucks moving through the pit long after the last shift has gone home.

Overview

What Autonomous Haulage does

Autonomous Haulage retrofits existing haul trucks with a sensor and compute package that delivers centimeter-accurate navigation even where GPS signal is degraded or blocked entirely by pit walls, benches, and weather. Lidar, radar, and inertial positioning are fused into a single localization estimate, so trucks hold their line and their haul road spacing whether they're loading at the face, climbing a ramp, or dumping at the crusher.

Because the platform is a retrofit, it works with the haul fleet already on site rather than forcing a new equipment purchase. Every truck runs the same path-planning and control stack, so behavior at intersections, on switchbacks, and around active equipment is consistent across the whole fleet, and every completed cycle adds to the routing data that keeps future haul plans tighter.

Fleet Position Map

A live pit map showing every autonomous truck's position, heading, speed, and current task. Haul roads, benches, and exclusion zones are overlaid so controllers can see exactly how each truck is navigating GPS-degraded terrain in real time.

Under the Hood

Built on capable foundations

GPS-Denied Navigation

Lidar, radar, and inertial fusion hold centimeter accuracy where satellite signal drops out.

Retrofit Deployment

Installs on the haul trucks already on site instead of requiring new vehicles.

Continuous Operation

Trucks keep moving through shift changes, meal breaks, and weather that would stop a manual fleet.

Adaptive Routing

Haul roads and speed zones update centrally and push to the fleet without re-flashing vehicles.
