What Safety Intelligence does
Safety Intelligence keeps a continuous, automated watch over the areas where accidents actually happen. It verifies PPE compliance at entry points and inside hazard zones, detects falls and man-down events, flags unauthorized access into restricted or high-risk areas, and watches for collision risk between vehicles, equipment, and people.
It extends beyond people to the plant itself: visual smoke and fire cues, spill detection, blocked aisles and exits, unsafe machine guarding states, and lockout-tagout (LOTO) compliance, correlated with gas and vibration sensor readings for a complete hazard picture. Every detection triggers a real-time alert to the right supervisor or safety officer, paired with the video clip that shows exactly what happened.
